"Awaodori(Awa Dance Festival)" was held in Nakameguro on Saturday, August 1st.

The dancers dance and walk while they follow an accompaniment using
such instruments as shamisen, drum, brass, and flute.
Dancers wear regional costumes and often sing while dancing. Special costume were prepared and we learned how to dance before the festival.

8 Sakura House residents joined Awaodori Festival in Nakameguro. Everybody liked wearing nice purple Matsuri costume!

6:00 pm ~ Awaodori Festival starts ~

We learned how to dance for one month before the festival. At the festival, we danced for three hours! but we never got tired because it was so much fun!!

10:00 pm ~ NOMIKAI Party after Awaodori ~

Great to drink after dancing!
Nice Japanese foods!
so~ fun!

After the festival, we have a party with local people. We felt very close each other! We ate, drank and laugh a lot!
